Proceeds from this event will support The Honor Foundation (THF), a nonprofit career transition program for U.S. Special Operations Forces that translates their elite military service to the private sector and helps create the next generation of corporate and community leaders.

91% of transitioning U.S. Special Operation Forces say transitioning from the military to civilian life is more difficult than combat deployments and family separation.

Only 13% of transitioning U.S. SOF service members have a job lined up the day they leave military service.
