As descendants of Destin fisherman, the owners drew their inspiration for the seafood restaurant’s name from Destin waters themselves, or rather from what lies beneath them. Named for the popular fishing spot where the continental shelf drops off just a few miles off the coast of Destin, The Edge focuses on fresh local seafood and supporting our local fisheries. Bring your fresh catch in after a day on the water and let us cook it up for you family-style, or try one of the signature seafood dishes offered on our menu.

Set high over the water, our adults-only harborside rooftop bar offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Destin Harbor, East Pass, and Gulf of America. Enjoy our signature cocktails and sample food from our full menu while breathing in the salt air and enjoying the sea breeze. Come early if you want to watch the sunset from the couches; that is an experience all on its own! After sunset, the festivities continue when we light up the fire pit on the upper deck and turn on the underwater lights below while some of the best musicians on the Gulf Coast play live music.
