Cheryl Moodie, President and Founder, has spent over 30 years in the hospitality industry. She began her journey when she joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and assumed several managerial positions. In 1993, she was appointed the first woman general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in North America. As one of the original members of the Ritz team, she joined the company with 20 employees. At her departure, there were over 30,000 team members. She was able to influence the philosophy that has made Ritz the industry leader in service excellence.

She and her husband, Douglas, discovered Rosemary Beach over 12 years ago while vacationing with their family. After building their Rosemary home, she decided to develop the concept of a property management company that mirrored her years of experience with The Ritz Carlton and started The All Seasons Collection 30A. “My focus is to remain Exclusively Rosemary,” Cheryl says so that she can devote her time and attention to her fellow homeowners and all the wonderful guests that visit annually.
