Odd Colony Brewing Co is a farmhouse inspired brewery with a heavy focus on seasonality. We believe this philosophy transcends beer as we ebb and flow through all mediums including our seasonal art wall. Our approach to beer is lead by this ethos, but also contains ample beverage fitting to our notoriously hot climate as we have a heavy focus on lagerbier, saison, and IPA.
